Algorithm Plan Finalization 5/2/2020

After finding new information on the best environment for tomatoes, the algorithm design in use will be to utilize the real time clock set to water in the morning, and if the soil sensor detects extreme stress on the plant, there will be a backup watering for the plant. The original plan of having instantaneous watering if the moisture threshold is left does not ensure that the plants get the recommended watering before the sun comes up.
