Photocell Video 4/30/20

This week the team worked on implementing and testing the photocell sensor. This is a sensor which detects the amount of light, and was tested by blocking the sensor (as seen in the video). We have no current plans to implement this sensor in our algorithm, but since it is tested and working, we know that we can always rely on adding it if our plans change.
